1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and benzjl1 ("benzjl1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the benzjl1 online gaming platform accessible at benzjl1.vip and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. benzjl1 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the benzjl1 Platform, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) benzjl1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your benzjl1 account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your benzjl1 account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your benzjl1 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify benzjl1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

benzjl1 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where benzjl1 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. benzjl1 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

benzjl1 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

benzjl1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your benzjl1 account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
• benzjl1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

benzjl1 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing any bonus. Misuse of bonuses, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the benzjl1 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on the benzjl1 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the benzjl1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one benzjl1 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with benzjl1.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the benzjl1 Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8 Responsible Gaming

The benzjl1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. benzjl1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, benzjl1's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

benzjl1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the benzjl1 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

benzjl1 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 12 Amendments to These Terms

benzjl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms will take effect from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The benzjl1 Platform operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to benzjl1's customer support team for informal resolution. benzjl1 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent benzjl1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
